In 2000 the Carroll County Department of Planning started the
process of creating a new Finksburg Comprehensive Plan. A comprehensive
plan for Finksburg was last created in 1981. In 2002 the plan
was renamed to The Finksburg Corridor Conservation Plan and
later to the Finksburg Corridor Plan. Recent
announcements indicate that this new plan may be nearing completion
(again) and possible approval.
This page has been created to provide announcements and links
