In 2004 Carroll County announced the approval to create a new Finksburg Library. This page has been created to provide announcements and links to relevant information. Drawings of floor plan and elevations (exterior) published on the library web site (above link). June 20, 2006. The next meeting on the Finksburg Library will be June 20th before the Planning & Zoning Commission. This is a concept plan review and no action is expected. The tentative time for the hearing is 10:45 a.m. Also on the agenda is a concept review for a development on the east side of Brown Road just south of Lawndale Road. It is a piece of property owned by the Mann's.
