Mark Your Calendar: General Council meetings are usually the 4th Thursday of the month at the Finksburg Branch of the Carroll County Public Library. Meetings begin at 7 PM.
Board meetings are usually held on the 1st Wednesday of each month.

Directions to the Finksburg Branch Library:

The library is located at the corner of Old Westminster Pike and Green Mill Road, Finksburg, MD 21048. It is directly accross the street from Sandymount Park.

Take Route 140 to the intersection at Green Mill Rd / Suffolk Rd. Turn South on Green Mill to the Stop sign, turn right on Old Westminster Pike. The Library is immediately to your left.
